Yes, we all face on or the other fallacies and short comings on our way to success. Being ambitious has its own price afterall. 


HOW DOES THE STRESS AFFECT YOU?

  3. Affects your relationships with friends family and spouse.
  4. Decreased diet 
  5. Lack of concentration and efficiency 
  6. Lack of determination and confidence
  7. Depression
And the list goes on...

IS THERE A WAY TO GET OUT OF THIS ?
 SURE THERE IS...

Here are certain ways you can break this stress cycle and find a way out : 

  •  MEDITATION
Personally, its difficult to begin with but once the routine is set it's benefits are worth noting. You might have read somewhere that to meditate one must get up early, suit up, find a nice place etc. but actually it's all secondary. You can meditate anywhere anytime at your own ease. By that, one can focus on your breath or chant mantras of your deity. The main aim is to concentrate your mind on one particular thing.
With complete mental relaxation, stress will be miles away from you.

  • EXERCISE
We have all signed up for the gym we never go. Do we really need to hit the gym? This question arises not merely of procastination but also how feasible it is for everybody. If you can, well and good. But if you couldn't, get started with simple brisk walking for 30 minutes for 6 days a week and stretching can help you to de-stress your body by curbing the stress hormones and releasing endorphins. 

  • DEVELOP A HOBBY 
Anything that makes you feel good is a hobby except computer gaming and watching television. 
Yeh, I ought to mention that. Giving time to yourself by doing certain work you like to do helps you boost your morale and we'll being.


Conveying your feelings and stress to others is the best way to relieve it. Your near and dear ones are always ready to lend you ears for your problems. 
  • TALK IT OUT




Your peer group may have same problem which you may not know. Collectively you can seek solution or consider counseling. Shyness can only aggravate the situation. Talk before you burst. 

  • COUNSELLING
Many of us have a taboo of going to a doctor or a counselor just because of the notion that it is for mentally retarded people. No, we should get out of this stigma. Every person in some point of time must get an expert opinion regarding his/her stress or depression. You can share every personal detail with them with a guarantee that it will be kept anonymous even from your spouse until it is beneficial for your health. 

People, do find a way to get rid of your stress by above methods or any other you find socially exceptable. Do not let it cultivate in you. Curb stress before it decays you.
